SHIPPING

 All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

AUSTRALIA

Orders shipped within Australia include free shipping over $50 with 5-7 day Standard Post with tracking.

If you require Express Post, you can select that at the checkout for an additional cost. 

EUROPE

We offer standard, DHL Express and FedEx shipping options.To ensure a smooth delivery - shipping, taxes, duties and fees will be calculated at checkout.Please note:
* All EU orders are subject to taxes (VAT) and fees.
* EU orders over €150 are subject to taxes, duties and fees.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier or customs clearance issues. HAN is not responsible for losses due to delays.

Couriers may contact you for delivery details. If unreachable, return shipping fees may apply.

 

Missing Deliveries:

HAN is not responsible for missing or stolen parcels. Ensure a safe delivery location for your parcel.

If your parcel is missing, contact the courier for proof of delivery. If still unresolved, email Shopwithhanau@gmail.com.

We cannot refund missing parcels that were delivered to the address you provided in checkout.
